Terms of Service

1. Service

ServerClaw provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activity under Indian law
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Denial-of-service attacks
• Hosting content that infringes on third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any VPS that violates these terms without refund.

3. Payment

All payments are processed via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Services are activated within 10 minutes of successful payment (during business hours).

4. Refunds

Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Data & Backups

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We do not provide backups and are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion.

6. Third-Party Software

OpenAlgo and any other third-party software installed on your VPS is provided as-is. We do not provide support for software bugs, trading losses, or compatibility issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
